mostly enjoyable but some room for improvement

The location was excellent, just minutes away from the local pintxos bars! The staff was exceptionally friendly, always going the extra mile to assist. I loved having a city view from my room, which added to the overall ambiance.

i almost gave a good review, but then i found the shower leaking and a dreadful sewer smell permeating the room. it’s absolutely appalling to not have a coffee machine in a place that chargs so much! the staff was nice, but a complimentary gift for the inconvenience would’ve certainly been expected, wouldn’t it?

Staying here was a pleasant surprise while exploring San Sebastián. The location allowed easy access to the Aquarim and local eateries, making it easy to dive into the local culture. The private balcony added a nice touch to my room, perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the inviting atmosphere, especially after a day filled with sightseeing.

The bathroom's open concept led to a lack of privacy, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, the shower design was poorly constructed, resulting in water splashing all over the floor. I also found the bed sheets to be uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well throughout the night.
